Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to stop the printing of a paper receipt, so you will get a physical copy of the receipt even if you have selected to receive digital receipts.

Digital receipts are an easy way to see how many points you have earned for a purchase. However, digital receipts may not accurately reflect the physical paper receipt received at the checkout, for things like sales tax, in-store discounts, bottle deposits, etc. For this reason, digital receipts cannot be used as proof of purchase for refunds and or price adjustments.

If you need a replacement paper receipt, please ask a store manager, the digital receipt number (transaction number) can be used to retrieve and print a copy of the register receipt in-store.

Points can be redeemed for Rewards that include cash discounts on future grocery food purchases, discounted or free items, and exclusive offers.

Rewards redeemed for dollars off food purchases exclude purchases of Liquor, Alcohol, Tobacco, Pet Food & Supplies, Non-Food Items, Gift Card, Hot Food, Postage, and Lottery purchases and any applicable Taxes, Fees, Bottle Deposits or Donations.

As long as you have the necessary amount of points, you can always redeem them to get cash discounts on your purchases.

Other rewards for free or discounted items and exclusive offers are available for a limited time only, while supplies last, and can only be redeemed when and as specified within the reward.

When you qualify for an exclusive Hollywood Markets Reward, you will receive an email notifying you of the reward details. Read the email carefully some Exclusive Rewards require action on your part to accept the reward into your account, others are simply added to your account instantly. Exclusive Rewards successfully added to your account will be redeemed automatically, when you meet the reward requirements, the next time you enter your phone number during checkout.

Hollywood Markets Rewards Digital Coupons are limited to one use per clip to your Hollywood Markets Rewards account. Unless otherwise specified within the coupon itself.

Physical paper coupons will be redeemed before any clipped Digital coupons in your rewards account, only one coupon can be applied to one item, leaving the Digital coupon in your account for use during a future purchase.

Depending on the terms and conditions of the Hollywood Markets Rewards Digital Coupon, you may still be able to get the coupon discount at checkout. Some Hollywood Markets Rewards Digital Coupons allow customers to both clip and redeem during checkout. The manufacturer that produces the digital coupon issues the Hollywood Markets Rewards Digital Coupons. They determine if a digital coupon can be both clipped and redeemed at checkout, or if can only be clipped (to be used on your next transaction).
